What kind of services do you provide?

True Design provides a full range of graphic design, web development and integrated marketing services to serve your company, group or organization. Our services include: Logo / Identity Design, Stationery Design, Print Collateral, Illustrations, Posters, Website Design and Renovations, Web Hosting, Presentations and Marketing Strategies. Along with many goals, our services help our clients build a visual presence that gives them the platform to stand out amongst their competitors, and to gain and retain the attention of their target audience or market.

Yes we most definitely help you with your design, development or print requirements. You can call, text or email us to see if we are your cup of design. We’ll listen to your creative needs and advise you what your options are. We are brand creators and we solve problems. A project might seem impossible until you have the right solution from a design architect helping you out. We can put things in perspective and offer solutions that you may not have even considered. Do I need to use a graphic design company? I have a computer with Microsoft Paint.

Your branding and marketing materials are often the first point of contact with potential customers. You don’t get a second chance to make a first impression, and therefore your communication materials need to convey the right image. True Design will produce marketing materials that will help to impress upon potential customers the professionalism of your company and the service you offer. By producing your own unique marketing material you run the risk of appearing amateurish, meaning the loss of potential customers.

Do you have a price list?

Yes we have a basic pricing list for those standard yet creative design and development requirements. We’ve also come to realise that due to the unique nature of every project, a custom quote is and must be supplied to successfully supply a finished product. What types of payment do you accept?

We accept payments in the form of cash, direct bank deposit and or electronic transfer.

What do I need to get a project started?

An approved quote/proposal, along with a paid deposit and a brief of the work that will need design or development services. Contact us today to get your “Freash Cup Of Design!”.

Graphic Design

How does your design process work?

We start all projects by thoroughly discussing the details of the project with the client. From this discussion we establish the specific requirements, which we call The Brief. We believe that client input is a crucial factor to making the project a success. We then generate a quote for the project and once payment/deposit is made we begin working on the project. From the ideas we got from The Brief, we then turn those into AWESOME design visuals using the latest graphic/web design software. The design visuals are then forwarded onto the client for feedback. We listen carefully to client feedback, offering solutions and advice to any issues that may arise. If any alterations are required, these are made and the amended visual is resubmitted to the client.

How will I receive the finished design?

Once we have received the final payment, we will supply all electronic files on a CD, Dropbox, or through e-mail. For print jobs, you will also receive high resolution PDFs, which can be taken to a printer of your choice. We also keep a copy of your project on file for later updates or should you lose your copy.

Do I own the artwork after final payment?

Copyrights for all work created by the True Design team transfers to the client as soon as the balance has been settled in full. We do, however, reserve the right to use any work for promotional purposes. The actual artwork files are still the property of True Design unless agreed upon in the proposal.

Is the artwork for my designs from Google or Microsoft Clipart?

NO, since we’re a super awesome design and development company, we create and design artwork from inspiration given in our meeting and style review.

Do I receive open files for my designs once the project is completed?

YES, you get all open files (.PSD, .AI, .EPS, .CDR), jpeg, png, pdf and a word file that works like clipart.

I need my design yesterday. Can you help me?

Yes, we usually accommodate your rush job depending on how full our production schedule is however, a rush fee will be added. Call us on (+27) 68 066 5472 to find out.

Do I get emails with my website?

Yes, you can have email addresses and you will probably wish that we set-up several email addresses e.g.,,

Do you provide hosting with your website development?

Yes – we are your one stop creative company to provide all your web services and web hosting. You don’t have to stress about who to call if you have problems – we can register your domain name – design your website – provide your web hosting and arrange your email accounts for you.

Will my website appear the same to everyone?

Not entirely. Your website visitors will see some things differently depending on the browser they’re using, screen resolution setting and their individual computers. We develop websites with that in mind and preview them in several browser types and resolution settings before publishing.

I have a small business and need to be online to promote my business professionally. What do I need?

You need to start with a professionally developed awesome website from True Design, a domain name, and web hosting for your website.

How do you want me to supply information about my business for the website?

It is extremely helpful to us if you are able to provide text and photographs in electronic form – for example, the files output by a digital camera and the words in MS word or similar format. If this is not possible, we can help get your information ready for use on the website.

Are there hidden costs?

No. We’ll discuss with you your website requirements and then price accordingly and once you have placed an order for your website design with us, that price is strictly adhered to.

Do I own the website once it's completed and online?

The website is 100% yours.

Do you redesign existing websites?

Yes we do. We can redesign, retaining your company corporate style or we can redesign to give you a complete new image. Is your website up to date? We can redesign your website to take advantage of the latest web technologies.

How long will I wait for my website?

The time frame of a website development project is often dictated by the client, but typically ranges from 5 – 7 working days. If you have a deadline in mind, we will do our best to meet it for you. The most common delay in the creation and completion of a new website is waiting for content (text/images) to be sent to us by the client.


Which printing services do you offer?

At True design we offer a variety of printing services which include but aren’t limited to : Business Cards, Company Profiles, Presentations, Brochures, Catalogues, Leaflets & Flyers, Annual Reports, Banners (Pull Up, Pop Up, X-Frame, Wall Banners, etc ), Posters, Calendars, Stickers, Corporate Gifts, Promotional Material and much more…

Can I check on my work during production?

Yes you can do so. Once a project is approved, normal turnaround for printing is 5-7 business days. Once a project is complete, you will be emailed a tracking number if it will be couriered directly to you. If your job isn’t being couriered, you will be notified that you can pick up or when delivery will be. Printing rush jobs has varied time frames, and we will keep you notified at every stage.


Do you have payment options?

For projects quoted below R 1,000.00 we require full payment before we can commence with the work. Projects from R 1,000.00 to R 15, 000.00 require an initial fifty percent of the amount, with the balance payable on completion of the job. For projects where the quote is over R 20 000.00, we require an initial payment of ‘one-third’ of the total fee, before we can commence work on your project. As the project progresses we will require payment for the second one-third at the halfway point. The remaining one-third of the balance is payable upon completion of the job.

What if I'm not satisfied with the final product?

We at true Design believe in your complete satisfaction. We will continue to work with you to refine your design until you are completely happy while offering revisions on your design project within the confines set out in the original design brief.
